Responsibility of ESG factors is currently held by the entire firm. The implementation of ESG across the firm is managed by the Investor Relations Partner Christiian Marriott, and the COO / Compliance Officer Steven Whitaker in close coordination with Oskar Schilcher, the Chief Investment Officer. Climate related issues are dealt with by external consultants who conduct a red flag analysis prior to an investment. Any red flags identified would need to be solved before progressing with the investment.
