The Lead Portfolio Managers and the Head of ESG have day-to-day responsibility for executing the RI responsibilities. The investment teams have consistent frameworks that they apply and document for assessing and monitoring companies. These include ESG considerations which are covered as a matter of course within the 360 degree assessment of each opportunity. Given our heavily institutional client base, Portfolio Managers and their teams are also held accountable by clients through the reporting our our stewardship responsibilities and activities.

Drawing upon the experience of Morphic Asset Management, which we acquired during the period, will enable us to further strengthen our governance around RI and our commitments therein.
