With more than 48 years’ experience in the Australian development and construction industry, Mirvac create, own, and manage a diverse portfolio of assets across the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors. Our point of difference is that our integrated business model enables us to bring a range of skills to a development or acquisition opportunity and provides us with an appropriate balance of active and passive income.
Our whole business strategy is built on three key foundations; being integrated, diversified and focused. By maintaining a core capability across these four sectors and applying our skills across design, construction and asset management, Mirvac is able to deliver a competitive advantage and unlock complex urban multi-use opportunities.
