We actively vote all proxies. We utilize the Glass-Lewis proxy voting administrative system to manage all voting. Glass-Lewis also provides recommendations for voting on each issue, though Terra Alpha retains the final say on each item to assure we vote in line with our stated policies.

Scope and Process

Currently we vote all proxies using Glass Lewis infrastructure. Glass Lewis is used to aid in our proxy voting process, but Terra Alpha retains final oversight.
