SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The board decides on the policy for responsible investments along with the CEO. The CEO also decides on how the work is set up and in which cases we are to confront or engage in dialouge with companies. The dedicated responsible investment staff handles the ESG screenings and makes sure the portfolio managers gets the relevant information. The portfolio managers take part in Anuual General Meetings and nominating committees, respresenting the fund company, meet with the management of companies, and also make sure to consider ESG issues in their investment decisions.
