The investment professionals (portfolio managers) are responsible for implementing and monitoring ESG practices and processes within their relevant areas. This involves assessment of over 150 environmental, social and governance factors for each investment, calculating the overall impact on portfolio performance, engagement initiatives with investee companies, as well as reporting the investors and other stakeholders.

The CEO and Board Members (the CEO also serves on the Board) have oversight and accountability for responsible investment.

Please note that the portfolio managers in the fixed income team integrate ESG analysis into the overall investment and decision-making process. We do not have a separate ESG team.
