NextStage AM attaches great importance to the ESG aspects of its organisation and functioning.
NextStage AM’s values are based on an entrepreneurial culture and also on observance of the ecosystem, which is both economic, environmental and human. Faithfulness to these values allows it to respond to the challenges posed by the technological, social, sociological and environmental changes of the early 21st century and to move towards the important value creation opportunities favoured by this context.

In this way, NextStage AM is convinced that taking into acount ESG (environmental, social and governance) issues in its investment activity is an essential component of its long-term success.
In 2017, NextStage AM undertook to renew its Sustainable and Responsible Development Charter, published in 2015, by signing an “Entrepreneur-Investor Patience Capital Charter”. The Charter recalls NextStage AM’s vision for ESG, reaffirms its commitment to its values and expresses its central objective: to give entrepreneurs time to express their full growth and development potential. Through this charter, NextStage AM aims to demonstrate its ESG objectives and its ambition to create sustainable and shared value through its investments, while offering a structuring framework to encourage innovation by the management company and its portfolio companies in their businesses.
