07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

Accountability: Regular monitoring of external developments in the field of RI, translation of relevant changes into adjustments of the internal RI approach (via policy and RI Action Plan), monitoring of the implementation of the RI Action Plan within the GP and the portfolio companies, as well as the organization of training on RI for the organisation.

Implementation: there is a wide distribution of the RI Action Plan goals and measures into the organisation, depending on the relevant departmental responsibility, e.g. gender balance goals for HR, focus on ESG risks / opportunities in the portfolio company by the investment team, focus on cyber security by the admin / IT team, etc/

We have a Head of Innovation and Sustainability with overall responsibility for ESG, as well as an investment professional who spends very significant time on developing / managing ESG topics
