The CEPP has put in place various sub-committees, including an investment sub-committee, which annually reviews the SIPP and reports back to the Joint Board of Trustees (JBT). Attached to the SIPP is a Responsible Investment Policy which is also reviewed on an annual basis. Each Investment manager must submit on a quarterly basis a compliance report confirming that they are in full compliance with our SIPP which is also reviewed by the sub-committee. CEPP's proxy voting guidelines are closely modelled on SHARE's proxy voting guidelines which are reviewed annually. CEPP reviews the engagement priorities and themes on an annual basis with its service provider and will commit resources to shareholder engagement initiatives where it considers that the issue in question relates directly and materially to the reward or risk attached to an investment in the Corporation.
