The CEO has a responsibiilty to supervise the ESG effort.

The portfolio managers integrate ESG in their decision by checking ESG scores and ESG controversies, as well as contacting companies (and if necessary engaging with companies).

The chief compliance officer has the responsibility to formalise the ESG process and to control their execution.
