03.2. Indicate how your most recent fund placement documents (PPM or similar) refer to the following responsible investment:

03.3. Describe how your organisation refers to responsible investment in fund placement documents (PPMs or similar). [Optional]

Our most recent fund placement documents (over a year old) refer to the role of ESG considerations in our investment process and investment committee approach as described below. The PPM refers to the following considerations:

  • Corporate governance
  • Environment
  • Workplace practices
  • Community impact
  • Opportunity for improvement
  • Reputational risks

Within the monitoring and disposal section of the PPM we provide examples of the areas we focus on to create value. These include our focus on governance - engaging with boards to improve breadth and depth of skill and perspective, improvements to shareholder communications and social aspects such as working with the business to advise on and improve cultural matters. Following the revision and improvements to our Sustainable Investing framework we expect future PPMs to be even more explicit on ESG matters.
