01.4. Describe your organisation’s investment principles and overall investment strategy, interpretation of fiduciary (or equivalent) duties, and how they consider ESG factors and real economy impact.

Investment Principle: Panvesting describes how we think investing should evolve. Traditional investing focuses on financial capital - Panvesting goes much further. We invest in companies with strategies to explicitly develop all forms of capital - financial, human, environmental and social - since we believe these companies are better positioned to deliver sustainable growth and returns over the long term. We carefully assess the idiosyncratic risks associated with these four forms of capital and require a sincere focus on each by the management teams of the companies we invest in.

Investment Strategy: We believe companies that adhere to our Panvestor principles stand a better-than-average chance of ensuring their own sustainable growth as well as attractive financial returns for their Panvestors. By managing a portfolio of such companies, we expect to generate long-term sustainable returns for our investors and an overall sustainable outcome. Panvesting is therefore the next, and for us at Panarchy Partners, a required evolution of sustainable investing.

01.5. Provide a brief description of the key elements, any variations or exceptions to your investment policy that covers your responsible investment approach. [Optional]

Panarchy Partner's investment process has sustainability embedded in the process and not an overlay or afterthought like most other ESG compliant strategies.

We have 2 full time sustainability analysts in our investment team.

Our sustainability audit is at the beginning of our process with traditional financial analysis done only on companies that respect all four forms of capital, have done a genuine stakeholder engagemnet, identified material issues, put targets on the material issues and then show us progress on those targets. We believe that its this focus on all 4 forms of capital that distinguishes us from others. Furthermore our proprietary resilience framework is embedded into our investment process, NOT an overlay or afterthougt.
