Panarchy's Chief Executive Officer/CIO, Co-founder and the Chief Operations Officer have combined experience of over 70 years in the investment field. We also have 2 dedicated sustainability analysts that are embbeded in the team. 

Our investment process is administered by the CIO. Having the sustainability analysis around the four forms of capital embedded in the process ensures that the CIO is constantly on top of all and any issues regarding a company and porffolio's sustainability. The sustainability analysts are reponsible for the resilinece framework, the results of which are shared with the CIO constantly and which are used to define the universe of sustainable companies.  

CIO is finally responsible for the final portfolio.

All staff at Panarchy Partners are fully committed to sustainable investing. All staff are considered Panvestors. From the COO to the Partnership Panvestor, the CIO and the sustainability analysts, everyone at Panarchy Partners operates with respect to all forms of capital. Sustainability is core to Panarchy Partners as an organisation and also as an investor.
