For engagements, we prioritise in terms of companies we are invested in. In other words, we have a watchlist of about 95-100 companies, but we will only initiate engagement with a company once it is in our portfolio. Secondly, within our portfolio, our priority for engagement is on non-financial topics first such as environmental, social and human capital issues.
When it comes to engagements with portfolio companies, we put equal emphasis to engage with all our portfolio companies, i.e. we do not prioritise by % of holdings or any other factor. In 2019 from the time period of August to December, we focused on each portfolio company and reached out to them with our engagement questions which covered all four forms of capital. We are proud to say that we have had 100% success rate in this, as we have engaged in hour long meetings (via video conferencing and physical meetings) with all of our portfolio companies.
