Renaissance is a recent signatory to PRI and its RI / ESG activities continue to evolve.  We have therefore prioritised disclosures sought by clients over the establishment of regular reporting that is independent of client requirements.

In relation to Voting, we disclose all votes to clients. Some require these as part of their annual reporting requirements in accordance with their Investment Management Agreements with Renaissance, others are provided upon request.
