01.4. Describe your organisation’s investment principles and overall investment strategy, interpretation of fiduciary (or equivalent) duties,and how they consider ESG factors and real economy impact.

The Board considers that the ESG factors are relevant in its investment process and also influence the results of its investments. On the other hand the Fund is an active owner and exercises the vote in those investments in which th Fund can.

The Board also considers it essential to analyze the total portfolio based on international laws and regulations.

At the same time, the Board will be informed at least once a year of the evolution of the following basic indicators, which will allow the realization of a specific periodic monitoring and control of the implementation of the SRI policy.

A vocation for improvement in the development of ESG aspects is maintained and that is why the portfolio is already monitored, obtaining an ESG scoring, which allows to know the coverage percentage and SRI rating.

The ESG criteria are also integrated into the investment process, allowing the Pension Fund Manager to know the extrafinancial valuation of the asset before the investment.
