07.3. Provide a brief description of your organisations selection, appointment and monitoring of third party property managers and how they contribute to the management of ESG issues for your property investments.

Partners Group relies on responsible third-party property managers to monitor, remediate, and report ESG issues at the property level. This is a key topic during the selection and appointment process for third party managers. While our Asset Management team is leading the implementation of our value creation plan, it is the operator that executes the initiatives.

We select our managers based on a score we put together based on several factors, including our past experience with them, general performance of past investments and their project management skills, which includes ESG projects.

Our annual ESG KPI survey asks property managers to provide data on a common set of the most material ESG metrics for our properties, including resource consumption, contractor management, and health and safety information, as well as policies to manage topics like environmental management, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and cyber security.
