The ethical nature of the Enhanced Cash Portfolio is largely derived from minimum ESG ratings at an issuer level, and shareholder engagement between U Ethical and relevant counterparties to ensure the promotion of best ESG and ethical practices.

The portfolio follows the U Ethical Ethical Investment Policy negative and positive screening criteria, this too is assessed at an issuer level.
