CEO, CFO, Portfolio Management and DGMP management group (6 individuals from 4 locations) and associates analysts meet regularly and have a formal weekly meeting. Integration of ESG is an "all of management" function but one individual on this team has specific ESG credentials and provides additional technical and operational guidance and is accountable for RI governance oversight throughout the investment process
