In our first investee portfolio company, we set objectives on ESG dimensions and monitor them on a regular basis.

Our monthly board meetings include an ESG and Organisation section in the agenda.

We also refer to experts on specific ESG considerations (e.g. product or packaging specialists) to the portfolio company management who then mandates them on specific assignments.

We also encouraged the portfolio company management to conduct a comprehensive ESG review with external experts (e.g. PwC), which they have done.

Our second investee portfolio company (latest investment closed in October 2019) already has multiple ESG policies in place. ESG and Organisation is already a section on the board meetings' agenda and our joint Value Creation Plan will include an ESG section/ plan.
