Currently, this team performs detailed portfolio analysis and ESG research of individual portfolio names. This includes a quarterly portfolio carbon analysis, shared with PMs, and the creation of an ESG engagement list. Research is shared with PMs and analysts prior to the engagement call. Analysts and PMs are invited to participate in the engagement process as a means of building their comfort and expertise.
