UFG strives to use material opportunities to enhance investments performance: use a climate-friendly and sustainable approach in real estate sector to preserve and increase assets value, reduce rates of depreciation, lower operational costs, and higher liquidity; include ESG in investment calculations, due diligence with targets for green benchmarking; include ESG in in legal contracts and service agreements; report performance to investors using recognised industry standards; assess performance results.

UFG has a unified Due diligence and Integrity Investment Guidelines across all UFG funds, including applicable to UFG Real Estate funds. We also ensure all valuation work is done by credible independent third-party valuation appraisers and all funds and underlying assets financials are audited by a Big 4 auditor.
