07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The implementation of the responsible investment approaches is bottom-up. The Investment Teams, consisting of the analysts and senior vice presidents (portfolio manager), analyse and evaluate each investment opportunity and integrate relevant ESG risks and considerations as part of the due diligence scope. The PRI Team, as the dedicated responsible investment staff, then reviews the ESG risks and considerations and validate the teams assessment and scoring. The ESG risks and considerations are then reported for approval to the Investment Partners, CEO, Investment Committee and Board
