PR 04. Incorporating ESG issues when selecting investments

04.1. Indicate if your organisation typically incorporates ESG issues when selecting property investments.

04.2. Provide a description of your organisation`s approach to incorporating ESG issues in property investment selection.

When selecting investments we take into consideration a minimal sustainability level before investing. All new investments need to contribute to an increased sustainablitiy of the average sustainability level of the portfolio as a whole.

For resedential and office investements in our portfolio, we are continuely looking to further improve the sustainability level.

When the oppurtunity arises we have a preference for investing in affordable housing.

Environmental example 1, description
