We regularly follow up the ESG and sustainability performance with the asset managers we have selected. We report all activities and how the policy is being implemented to our investment committee at least five times a year. We have a FTE on sustainable investment andn sustainable finance that develops and implements the financial policy.

One out of four makes 25%. This person works full time with ESG and sustainability strategy, development and implementation. Everything we do should be responsible and sustainable, so the question is a bit hard to answer.

Since the Church has a very strong climate commitment, that is also reflected in our financial policy. Hence, the investment council/ board will be revising the financial reports, which often include ESG and sustainability issues as well. Every new investment decision should also comply with our policy, which is clear on climate. So it is integrated with the financial revisions.
