RAISE's ESG committee has set 7 priority objectives of improvement for the companies of its portfolio regarding ESG :
1/ Encourage and check the presence of women at Executive Committees and Supervisory Boards
2/ Encourage companies to calculate their carbon footprint and recommend some dedicated tools in order to do so
3/ Encourage the presence of independent members art the Supervisory Boards.
4/ Support women's employment
5/ Encourage training programmes of employees
6/ Appoint or recruit an CSR manager at the company level
7/ Encourage employee ownership in the company in order to share the value created and create a common destiny.
