GED Capital is a Spanish Fund manager that has been able to manage 1,100 million € in AUM since their foundation in the year 1996 thanks to their 4 departments/vehicles, Private Equity, Infrastructures, Real Estate and the recent addition Venture Capital. At the moment (31-12-2019) we are able to manage 606.1 million €.

GED Capital's headquarters are located in Madrid, Spain, since the founding of the company. We are also present in different parts of Europe, as Portugal and Romania (where the management of the Eastern Funds take place) and in the US, where half of the VC team works from.

Our team is comprised of 36 professionals with a large experience in Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real State and Venture Capital, segregating the team as follows:

-PE (Spain, Romania and Portugal): 12 team members.

-Infrastructure Funds: 8 people.

-Real State (only in Romania): 2 people

-Venture Capital: 6 team members + 1 Senior Advisor and Partner of several funds of GED Private Equity

-Administrative and Financial team (in the different premises): 7 people

Our total Assets Under Management are distributed among the different activities in which we operate. GED manages 5 Private Equity funds, one of them still under fundraising, 3 Infrastructure funds and 1 Real Estate fund.

A new Venture Capital Fund was set up in 2019 an it is still in fundraising process.
