Actions are taken to make the investment a safe building. We check the office buildings in our core portfolio according to the NEN 6069 standards. If it does not meet the standards, we invest in renovations needed to comply with such standards

ACTIAMhas installed solar panels on its core portfolio of buildings. The decision is made and costs are included in the budget. Currently, ACTIAM also investigate technical solutions for solar panels installations in all buildings in the portfolio (e.g. studies on necessary physical adaptation so solar panels can be correctly installed).
