01.2. Describe your reasons for choosing a particular ESG incorporation strategy and how combinations of strategies are used.

Our approach is to highlight and raise awareness of ESG issues to our portfolio companies. We believe by implementing such a screening and assessment process, we can trickle down the importance of managing ESG concerns and having the right policies and procedures in place to mitigate these risks. The process is not meant to be punitive to our borrowers as we would like to give access to financing for these companies which can lead to the development of a more sustainable global financial system.
