The organization have systems and procedures in place to facilitate effective implementation of the governance policy/policies. All policies are presented in the intranet and the Investment due diligence process and checklists are documented on the server, available for all in the real estate team. Folksam Fastigheters transaction team work after a well docmented an structured transaction process which describes the different steps taken before, during and after a transaction, including evaluation of the property's technical, environmental, financial and legal risks and standard through a Due Diligence process. The property's documented environmental certification is being evaluated or the possibility to certify the property is being investigated.

ESG issues are by routine penetrated in every transaction but the normal situation is that the ESG issues are considered during the investment selection but that they were considered to be below the materiality threshold and therefore did not impact on the investment.
