Waste and recycling as well as reducing our negative environmental impact has been identified as an important area for the property management. In 2019 our asset manager has developed their co-operation with waste-contractors to collect better data and statistics. We have also examples of rebuilt environmental stations in residential houses for more effective and funtional use.

We carry out specific information meetings about waste management with tenants.

Some of our properties are non smoking areas.

We have engaged tenants in pilot project with the theme climate impact reduction in rebuilding.

13.2. Additional information.

During 2018 we educated the property management organization and implemented routines for green leases. The last 1-2 years it has been easier to get aceptance for green leases by tenants. 59 percent of all new and renegotiated commercial leases are green. Our focus is now to develop a even more green dialogue for greater operative climate action in the co-operation with the tenant. Under 2020 we will work for at more structured procedure how to follow up the green dialogue with customers with focus on energi, waste, electrification, materialefficiency and good environmental choice of energy.
