Folksam has made a broad search for a property manager on the Swedish market with regards to price, quality, capacity and values. Our property manager shall abide to our supplier code of conduct and they have also developed a sustainability policy of their own. Our property manager is quality- and environmentally certified according to ISO9001 and ISO14001.

Apart from financial and operational objectives our property manager is also evaluated with regards to social objectives as well as energy- and environment objectives as part of an incentive based remuneration system. We have a close relationship with our property manager as well as with many of our tenants. Our property manager’s work is regularly reported as well as the energy consumption.

During 2018 we renewed our contract with our property manager for a period of three more years which resulted in an improved focus on project management and sustainability.
