SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

For these roles we execute via a risk matrix which includes all ESG risks, this is reviewed by the Board.

We also use the Weekly and Quarterly Meetings to to ensure implementation and progress are occuring.

Investment Committee (IC) Meetings also create an opportunity to ensure that Responsible Investment diligence has been conducted thoroughly and completely, where this has not occurred adddtional  IC meetings are scheduled to review certain aspects as requested by the IC.

Responsible Investment is a shared responsibility amongst the entire deal team, and overseen by the IC (All Managing Directors) the Founder Group and the Chief Compliance Officer.
