Link REIT is the first Real Estate Investment Trust listed in Hong Kong and now the largest in Asia in terms of market capitalisation.

Leveraging on strong asset and capital management, and asset enhancement capabilities, we manage a diversified portfolio comprising retail facilities, car parks and offices. We are an industry leader in terms of capital management, with low funding cost to facilitate active portfolio management through acquisition, divestment and development.

Our business strategy is to acquire, enhance and hold quality assets which can synergise with and strengthen our portfolio. With our home in Hong Kong, we are interested in opportunities in Hong Kong, the tier-one cities in Mainland China and their surrounding river delta area or other markets where suitable opportunities arise. Optimising portfolio value and asset performance, we seek to bring about exceptional customer experience and thriving businesses for our tenants.

Spanning Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and Shenzhen the portfolio owned by Link REIT consists of properties with about 8 million sq ft of retail space, around 61,000 car park spaces, and a project under development in Hong Kong, as well as properties with about 5 million sq ft of retail and office space in Mainland China *. The portfolio’s retail facilities primarily serve the daily needs of our shoppers, while office properties support corporate tenants to develop their business. The car parks mainly serve tenants and customers of the retail facilities and residents of the surrounding neighbourhoods.
