The overall objective of the investment activity is to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The investment strategies are based on fundamental research combined with the portfolio- and risk management skills of the Investment Manager.

Sustainability is essential to our investment and portfolio management processes. That is why we have developed a Sustainability Framework and integrated sustainability analysis into our bottom-up research process. Our main commitment, and the purpose of the Sustainability Framework, is to identify and promote good corporate governance on sustainability issues.

Our internal rules and regulations has a policy regulating conflicts of interest.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that conflicts of interest are appropriately managed and to prevent, to the extent possible, potential conflicts of interest from arising. The policy covers factors that may give rise to conflicts of interest, procedure on how to manage conflicts of interest, documentation etc. In addition, there is a spesific section covering how to manage conflicts of interest in connection with portfolio management.
