Founded in 1994, Fondinvest Capital is an independent management company investing in private equity funds (through Secondary (mainly) and primary strategies) with a focus on the European lower and mid-market. The company is regulated by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (the French securities regulator) and by AIFM ("Alternative Investment Fund Manager" regulation). With over 300 funds invested both in the primary and secondary markets, Fondinvest is one of Europe's oldest and most established private equity investors.
