07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

Both, the portfolio managers and the SRI Team, are responsible for the implementation of the SRI policy over the investable universe and the analysis of the ESG criteria aforementioned. This Chief Investment Officer, (who is also a member of the board of Santander Pensiones) has oversight responsibilities over these activities.

In addition, our new SRI Policy for Santander Asset Management makes reference to the SRI government structure, with includes the SRI Governance Committee which is made up of - among others - SAM CEO, the CFO, the ISR team, and is chaired by the Head of Wealth Management in Grupo Santander. It is responsible for approving and supervising compliance with the ISR strategy at a global level. Occasionally and depending on the topics to be discussed, representatives from other areas may participate in this committee.

Santander Asset Management has a Global SRI team of 4 people which give support to all Santander Asset Management units and geographies (including Santander Pensiones).
