Private equity

GTC's Private Investments team considers investment risks and opportunities based on a variety of long-term trends including changing demographics, climate change, resource scarcity, and technological developments. In addition, the Private Investments team also considers trends around the rise of chronic, non-communicable diseases, economic growth trends, and changing consumer preferences within their investment strategy and decision-making processes. The fund invests across six sectors to benefit from the investment opportunities that arise with these trends. These six sectors of focus are: health & wellness, sustainability & energy access, affordable housing, food & agriculture, financial inclusion, and education.
