Glenmede is an independent wealth and investment management firm, established in 1956 to manage the investments and charitable contributions of certain charitable trusts established by the Pew family (founders of Sun Oil Company). The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. ("GTC") is a national trust company, chartered and regulated as a limited purpose bank by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC").
In 2007, Glenmede formed a wholly-owned, SEC-registered subsidiary, Glenmede Investment Management LP ("GIM"), to provide proprietary equity and fixed income strategies to the institutional marketplace.
In this report, GTC and GIM are collectively referred to as "Glenmede".

As a fiduciary, it is our duty to remain responsible for investment decisions made within client portfolios and for the continual assessment of and adherence to stated objectives. This mindset is a core value which drives our singular focus on our clients. For some clients, Glenmede serves as a Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) for discretionary or co-discretionary investment management services, typically serving as a fiduciary in partnership with the Board.
