We do not explicitly or formally inform companies of how we are going to vote on every occassion. This does not mean that we have not raised the issues on which we vote with them. For example, we could raise concerns about the lack of diversity on the board with them, or our concern over the lack of particular experience or skill set on the board, or on the lack of climate change disclosure in their public reporting, but that does not mean that we will inform them of how we will vote in relation to the above issues.  Another example is that we might raise concerns over how management compensation is structured but that does not mean we will inform them ahead of a vote as to how we will vote on management.
