To date we have not engaged collaboratively with other investors but we have consedered doing so in one case and are open to doing so whenever we feel it would be useful.

We discuss any material insights gained from engagement with management in all regular meetings and all members of our small investment team are made aware of the feedback from all such engagements. Given the very focused startegy that we manage (20-30 holdings) this is a very natural and efficient process. We openly discuss the history of issues we have had with both invested companies and those we have rejected during the research process with our clients during regular investment review meetings. As mentioned in a previous section, we have not made any collaborative engagements so far, but we are open to doing so and will apply the same approach to communicating the reults of any such engagement.

Notes are maintained and updated around company interations and all such contacts are discussed on a weekly basis by the whole investment team. As mentioned in a previous section, we have not made any collaborative engagements so far, but we are open to doing so and will record any such engagements in the same manner.
