SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

ESG is a regular topic of discussion in both the investment committee as well as in the Board of trustees' meetings. As for implementation, this includes conducting ESG-related research, incorporating ESG issues into investment strategies, and engaging with asset managers in order to stimulate them to innovate in ESG. As for accountability, the CEO, CIO and the Board of trustees see to it that the organisation implements its policies, and achieves its objectives and targets in relation to responsible investment performance. Some members of the Board are also part of the Investment Committee and as such they have a say in implementation.
