In the business strategy of Storebrand Asset Management "Lead on sustainable investments" is one of three "must win battles". In the Real Estate department, the indicators for this "battle" is 1) share of assets that holds a green building certificate (mainly BREEAM), and 2) the GRESB rating. Continuous improvements in both these indicators indicate that we cover most aspects of responsible and sustainable investments as an integral part of both investment (transactions), development and property/facility management activities (pre- and post-investment).
