When selecting investments, we take into consideration a minimal sustainability level before investing. All new investments need to contribute to an increased sustainability of the average sustainability level of the portfolio as a whole.

For residential and office investments in our portfolio, we are continually looking to further improve the sustainability level.

When the opportunity arises we have a preference for investing in affordable housing.
