Carve Capital is a global equity and credit hedge fund whose investment philosophy is to combine long/short equity strategies with capital structure arbitrage.

Carve invests in equities and equity-related instruments as well as fixed income securities such as corporate bonds, treasury bills and government bonds. The fund's investment activities are based on a long term mandate and the portfolio managers operate with an investment horizon of 12 months or longer. The fund is relatively concentrated, which requires in-depth research, and positions taken are based on fundamental equity research (bottom-up) combined with top-down macro reserach.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, we manage USD 408 million (Carve Master, as at 31 Dec 2019) for institutions and high net-worth-individuals. Brummer & Partners AB holds a minority stake (40%) in Carve Capital AB and Carve is part of the Brummer group of hedge funds.

B & P Fund Services (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brummer & Partners) has been contracted for risk control, operations, fund administration, daily valuation, IT-support, legal & compliance, investor relations and client services, allowing Carve Capital to fully focus on portfolio and risk management. Citco has been appointed to perform independent valuation and fund administration.
