SG 13. ESG issues in strategic asset allocation

13.1. Indicate whether the organisation carries out scenario analysis and/or modelling, and if it does, provide a description of the scenario analysis (by asset class, sector, strategic asset allocation, etc.).

Describe We analyze what exposure portfolios have to megatrends and how different asset classes are exposed to the evolution of those. In Q4/2019 we have established specific working groups with independent and external experts in different areas to better assess the evolution of four sectors (autos, banking, energy and telecoms)

As stated before, we have created four sector-specific working groups with external experts in order to re-think our approach to megatrends where ESG factors pay a significant role. Those sectors were selected due to their significant weight in the stock market and the economy, but we will expand the working groups to other sectors such as pharma, food or chemicals.
