Selection: we require all prospective managers to explain their ESG processes, and their expected growth in this area, if any. We integrate this consideration into our appointment process.
Appointment: We require and expect from managers to incorporate ESG into their investment process and to report on ESG metrics and developments. Provided other criteria are also met for selection, we will appoint mandates to managers with the strongest ESG strategies in place.
Monitoring: We monitor social and environmental impact regularly, as we do ESG practices. Rather than having standardized indicators, we consider metrics that are most relevant to each individual investment.
