Infrastructure

External managers are rated internally by the investment team of McConnell. We do have criteria that allow us to classify which rating the managers will have under each category. We rate the ESG integration of every manager and follow up to understand their specific approach and strategy. We always engage with our managers to make sure they align with our negative screening and ESG expectations.

Farmland

External managers are rated internally by the investment team of McConnell. We do have criteria that allow us to classify which rating the managers will have under each category. We rate the ESG integration of every manager and follow up understand their specific approach and strategy. We always engage with our managers to make sure they align with our negative screening and ESG expectations.
