Federated's ESG policy statement is found on the firm's website. It sets forth our understanding of and approach to incorporating ESG factors within our investment process. However, it speaks to the firm's overall approach without detailing approaches by asset class. On the website general asset class ESG approaches are highlighted:

Federated also has on its website an Responsible Investing Center. It provides educational information generally about ESG and investing, our firm's specific product offerings and their approach to responsible investing, and information about the engagement and stewardship capabilities of our engagement and stewardship division, EOS at Federated Hermes.
With regard to proxy voting disclosure, Federated discloses to the public its proxy voting record for the Federated Funds (by fund) on an annual basis in its Form N-PX filings with the SEC.
