Galiena Capital is an independent asset management company, wholly owned by its partners and regulated by the French financial market authority (“Autorité des Marchés Financiers”, AMF). It was founded in 2009 with the support of French industrial families and entrepreneurs from various expertise and sectorial backgrounds, then supported by French top tier institutional investors.

Galiena Capital is an entrepreneurial team dedicated to small cap operations in France with an enterprise value (EV) between €10-30m and proprietary know-how. Privileged situation: majority shareholder or “lead minority” shareholder in projects with: i) high growth development perspectives, ii) buy-build strategy iii) complex ownership transfer. Our investment strategy is based on transforming and strengthening French small-cap businesses to enhance their strategic value. 

Galiena Capital is a multi-sectors fund with more than €200m Asset Under Management (AUM) :

- Galiena II (€148m), closed in 2019, from French & European investors (institutional investors, industrial families and entrepreneurs)
- TIP, its first fund (€75m) invested from 2009 to 2015.

Galiena Capital has €239m Asset Under Management (AUM):

• Galiena Capital closed the raising of Galiena II (€148m) beginning of 2019;

• Galiena Capital also manages TIP, its first fund (€75m, 33m€ AUM) invested from 2009 to 2015 which entered its divestment phase in 2016  and other funds representing €57m AUM.
